This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rashmizbaazar (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”) and the registered seller (“Vendor”, “You”).
By registering as a vendor on Rashmizbaazar.com, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
- Vendor Registration and Eligibility
Vendors must provide accurate personal or business details including name, address, phone number, email, bank details, and valid identification documents. Rashmizbaazar reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend vendor registrations at its sole discretion. - Product Listing Rules
Vendors must list only genuine, legal, and permitted products for sale in India. Counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or restricted items are strictly prohibited. All product descriptions, images, and prices must be accurate and not misleading. - Pricing and Platform Commission
Vendors are free to set their own prices. Rashmizbaazar charges a platform commission of 10 percent on every successful order. Commission and payment gateway charges will be deducted automatically before vendor payout. - Shipping and Order Fulfilment
Cash on Delivery orders must be fulfilled using Rashmizbaazar’s shipping arrangements.
For prepaid orders, vendors may use their own courier on mutual agreement after order confirmation.
Vendors must process orders within the committed time and ensure proper packaging. - Returns, Refunds, and Customer Issues
If a customer reports wrong item, defective product, or quality issue, the vendor must arrange replacement using their own courier. Failure to resolve such cases may attract penalties. - Vendor Penalty Structure
The following penalties may be applied and deducted from vendor payouts:
• Shipping wrong product or used product – 10 percent of order value
• Failure to ship order after reminders or non-fulfilment – 10 percent of order value
• Order cancellation without valid reason – 10 percent of order value
• Failure to replace defective or wrong product – 10 percent of order value
Repeated violations of these policies may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of the vendor account.
- Damage in Transit (Platform Courier Cases)
If an order shipped via Rashmizbaazar courier is damaged in transit, a claim may be processed by Rashmizbaazar upon receiving sufficient proof. Vendors must provide clear images or unboxing videos within 48 hours of receiving the returned shipment. Claims may be rejected if proof is insufficient or delayed. - Payments to Vendors
Vendor payouts will be processed after order completion and after deducting commission, applicable charges, penalties (if any), and taxes. Payment timelines will be communicated through the vendor dashboard. - Vendor Conduct and Marketplace Integrity
Vendors must maintain professional conduct, avoid fraudulent practices, and must not attempt to divert customers outside the platform for direct transactions. Any such attempt may result in immediate suspension. - Intellectual Property Responsibility
Vendors confirm they have legal rights to use product images, trademarks, and descriptions uploaded to the platform. Rashmizbaazar will not be liable for copyright or trademark violations caused by vendor uploads. - Account Suspension or Termination
Rashmizbaazar reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, repeated complaints, or actions that harm platform reputation. - Policy Updates
Rashmizbaazar may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
By registering as a vendor, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Vendor Policy and Agreement.
